This event, hosted by Upton House and Gardens – one of New Expressions 3’s 15 museum partners, is the first of 3 field visit events they have organized this summer.
The overall purpose of the field visit programme was to enable a broad cross-section of people from the worlds of museums, historic properties and contemporary arts, who share an interest in collaborative working to come together to:

Dear All,
I just wanted to very informally begin to share that I have found a new premises to start a new artist-led gallery, studios and project space.
Really great day today in the project space at Glouc uni.
Managed to get my mitts on a lovely bit of wall in the project space today and armed with my best maths and my own trustee technician I thoroughly enjoyed some up scaling of a recent project I have been working on. The maze extends around the corner as my wall wasn’t quite big enough, not planned but it worked quite well. Learnt a lot, some do’s and some dont’s, very productive day.
Not to mention being surrounded by some rather fab 3rd year BA Fine Art.
Really enjoyed the process of the first hang of our group show for the end of the first semester BUT…
