Happy New Year from Ragley Studios

I am delighted to announce I will be continuing as Artist in Residence at Ragley Hall for 2014.

The  Gallery and Studios has gone from strength to strength over 2013 and as part of the new residency I aim to continue to develop a platform for the Arts at Ragley Hall throughout 2014. We have a year of  great Art events planned and we look forward to welcoming you to Ragley.

Ragley Summer Open Competition

I am happy to announce the first Ragley Summer Open Competition. The panel of judges will choose a large selection of work to be hung at Ragley Gallery and Studios in an exhibition during the August Holiday. This is a very busy time at Ragley Hall and will provide a great platform for both professional and amateur artists to have their work shown. (Other prizes are offered ALL details to follow shortly.)

Other events to enjoy and be involved with in 2014:

March 23rd: Artist’s Talk, Cream Tea and Exhibition:
Artist’s talk presented by France Brodeur, followed by Cream Tea at Ragley Hall (a fabulous way to spend Sunday afternoon), followed by the opening of an exhibition by France Brodeur and the Ragley Studio Artists.

June 28th/July 13th: Warwickshire Open Studios
Following on from the success of our first year participating in this county wide arts event we have plans for showing new artists, as well as craft demonstrations, mini workshops, and of course art to view and purchase.
August: Open Competition Exhibition
Selected works from our First Ragley All Media Open Competition will be on exhibition at Ragley Gallery.
